2. Processing when visiting the website

When you visit the website, the hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., USA) automatically collects server log data (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested page, browser type). This data is technically necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. Data may be transferred to the USA. Privacy information from the host: netlify.com/privacy.

3. Contact form

If you contact us using a form or use the customer portal, the data you provide will be processed to handle your request. Form data is processed on the server, stored in our Supabase database where required for the relevant process, and transmitted to us using the Resend transactional email service. Data may be transferred to the USA. The browser does not send form data directly to a form forwarding service.

4. Cookies and local storage

We do not use marketing cookies. Technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie consent) takes place locally in your browser. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are only set after you have consented via the banner.

5. Statistics (Google Analytics 4)

To improve our offering, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). This only happens after you have given your consent via the cookie banner (Consent Mode). Usage data can be processed in anonymized form and transmitted to the USA. You can revoke your consent at any time by deleting the locally stored data on this website in your browser.
