Yes. If you pay monthly, you can cancel monthly. The website remains active until the end of the paid monthly period.
If you pay annually, the price is still shown as an effective monthly rate. Billing is yearly in advance. The subscription runs for 12 months and can be cancelled at the end of the annual period.
In the subscription, no: there are no setup fees for the standard plans. With a one-time purchase you pay the purchase price for your package, after that only the hosting plan.

Every website comes with a clean basic SEO structure: titles, descriptions, page structure and performance. If you want to actively build rankings, book ongoing SEO support as an add-on.
Yes. An upgrade is possible at any time. A downgrade is possible at the end of the current payment period.
